Great

All my items arrived on time and in tact- very pleased!Had emailed Customer Service to ask if they could help with another item/issue and was just basically told flat out they couldn't which is why I'm only giving 4 stars. Would recommend.

Truly awful website

Truly awful website. What is the point of asking people to take part in this "birdwatch" when it is impossible to submit your results? I've tried a number of times and keep getting the message "service not available". I won't waste my time in future. Complete amateurs.

Total lack of response to my problem

In July I sent a photo of two swift boxes which I bought and which had been assembled incorrectly. I received a bog standard reply telling me they would deal with it as soon as they could. In August about a month later I sent another letter.....same reply. It is now September and they still haven't sent a reply. However, I get plenty of emails asking for money. Don't know where I go from here.

large mesh ground feeder cage

Bought a large mesh ground feeder cage. Easy to put up however we immediately had visit from herring gull whose head an beak were able to reach the food. We blocked in the food with wood, he proceeded to pull at the cage patrolling so no other birds got a look in.
